Room Reservations

The LRC also aims to fulfill faculty resource needs whenever possible. To that end, we offer faculty the ability to reserve LRC rooms, equipment and materials. Faculty who would like to use the LRC’s technologically enhanced facilities for class meetings, film screenings or other events may make room reservations by clicking on the icon below.

Please keep the following considerations in mind as you arrange your room reservation:

• There are six rooms available for reservation. The Telecollaboration Room holds 12 while the TELL Classroom holds 24 seated at the iGo desks or approximately 30 in auditorium seating. There is a Virtual Environments Room that can seat up to 6. The remaining three rooms (the Digitization Room and the two Hybrid Suites) are primarily destined for materials development and are designed for 1-3 people.
• In order to provide equitable access to all faculty, please limit yourself to a maximum of 10 room reservations per room per semester unless you have made special arrangements with the LRC Coordinator’s office.
• Please arrive to your reservation several minutes early to arrange furniture and technology to your specifications. Please be aware, however, that many LRC-hosted courses and events are scheduled back-to-back and the room may not be available until the precise time of your reservation.
• Should you need to cancel your reservation, please follow the directions for cancellation in the reservation system. If you have difficulty, call the LRC Coordinator to cancel at 974-6494.
